Web authentication for vultr-cli.

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of exporting VULTR_API_KEY, it would be nice to be able to use a web browser to authenticate and store a token.

$ vultr-cli account login
Open a web browser and login? [Yes/No]:

Additional context

Needs to work on Linux please, and respect the BROWSER env variable.
