i18n Removed?

Hi John,

First, thanks for creating this vue cli preset.

Just curious if the removal of the i18n plugin was intentional or not? There was nothing in the changelog about it, but this commit seems to remove it (https://github.com/vuetifyjs/vue-cli-preset-vuetify/commit/d8937876a7088a695a92c2b01cae011ac4b9879d#diff-02124844e65aed4073834024412c4bd2)
