Interest in Moving to rollup/plugins

Hey vlad, do you have any interest in moving this plugin to https://github.com/rollup/plugins? It fits what we look for in a core plugin. We'd be happy to add you to the maintainers team if so.

@ivanjonas since it's been approved by the author, we'll welcome any submissions to the plugins repo to migrate rollup-plugin-copy.
