Update help/introduction.html instructions

Particularly the part about uploading your own models and shaders

This page is hopelessly outdated - should be removed entirely.

Instead we should have a documentation section with a general introduction page.

Looks like we should probably hide this page from the website altogether, @fthr @kschzt

@gmarinov could we have this page removed entirely from public-facing?
