Stopping the server when empty on bedrock?

So... I might just be missing something but if half of this system is only a plugin for java, how would you do a full setup on bedrock?

I watched the video tutorial. In it, the tutorial said you needed this plugin:

But bedrock doesn't have plugins. So, is there no way to automatically stop a bedrock server if it's empty?
