Doesn't work in macOS Ventura 13.6
Updated to Ventura 13.6 and switcher stopped switching. Restarted app, Music, and Mac multiple times, no avail. Stuck on 44.1 or 48. Tested with multiple songs.
Mac Studio M2 Max
Currently on Version 13.6 (22G120) & Version 1.1 Build 16 and not experiencing this.
have you checked off Selected Device in the LSS menu?
Im having a similar problem on an M2 MBA with the latest MacOs update, and the latest update here. I have to restart the song a few times and maybe it switches. I have the correct audio source selected in the menu.
Same Problem here. Starting a song with 96kHz, the app (latest version) switches from 48 to 96kHz and then immediately back to 48kHz.
Switching from Selected Device -> Default Device to my FiiO K5 Pro seems to fix the issue for the time being.

just checked, build 15 and 13.6 works on my intel mac but build 16 didn't switch at all on 13.6.
Tomorrow apple will release sonoma, I will report again when I finish the upgrade.
Hopefully the change that broke the app, is something minor. Will test things out when I upgrade to Sonoma.
No problems here after updating to Sonoma (M2 Pro Mac mini), build 16 is working as expected, doesn't matter if I leave "default device" or "FiiO K5 Pro" selected under "Selected Device", so for me at least it's fixed.
@vincentneo I can confirm Build 16 also don't work on sonoma.
My bad, it actually works on macOS 14 sonoma. After a clean install, I didn't enable the lossless on apple music, so everything is played in aac format, and of course it won't change.
No, it changes the bit depth and sample rate correctly. Sorry..
Hello, great tool, but I often have the problem, that the sample rate and bit depth will not change, when a new song starts with different sample rate and bit depth like the song before. I have to stat the song new from the beginning and then sample rate and bit depth will change. I use an iMac from 2019 with Ventura 13.5.2. LLS has version 1.1 Build 16. Selected device is an ifi Zen DAC v2. What can I do?
