I'd like to completely uninstall the entire theme and all the tweaks. I ran ./install -l -r which makes applications like settings and files go back to libadwaita, but when I try to install a new theme, these applications stay stuck on libadwaita.

I'd also like to uninstall the tweaks to the Files application. I run ./install -N -r but it does not fix it.

Don't you know libadwaita do not support custom theme？of couse you removed this theme libadwaita will stay stack adwaita theme

-l option is just install this theme into gtk 4.0 config folder to force all gtk theme use this theme

So How Can you reset That Folder
