tutorial room

this is probably for pretty far off in the future, but i'm thinking about a tutorial room that new users get dropped into, which explains how the MUSH works, walks through commands/tips, introduces WITCH basics, etc.

great idea! and yeah, definitely far off -- possibly even post beta, since the beta will clue us in to what a tutorial needs to teach
