Expected behavior

Instant continuation after successful decryption.

Observed behavior

Boot process halts for 20 seconds after the decryption is successful.

Steps to reproduce

1. Encrypt boot partition with veracrypt
2. Start PC and enter veracrypt password

Pc2 CPU: Ryzen 5950x SSD:Samsung 980 pro nvme Mainboard: Asus Dark Hero VIII x570 Ram: 4x16GB 3600Mhz Ddr4

This issue doesn't happen on a b450m Mainboard: b450 aorus m with same CPU and SSD as above. The issue doesn't happen with a 600 G2 mini PC, the issue doesn't happen with 400 G5 mini PC.

VeraCrypt version: latest. Happens with previous version too.
