Thanks for this proposal. It is highly essential! Not only dotnet related images, but also all other container images which are hosted on Microsoft Azure Container Registry will benefit from this reverse proxy. So the URL of upstream could be mcr.microsoft.com

microsoft.com has valid ICP license in China, perhaps it may be better to shoot an email to Microsoft to enable China access for that domain?
