[BUG] New Zones Not Populating in Select Zone Dropdown

vs 2.1, build 2 Almalinux8

Steps: create DNS zone response green confirmation shows zone added. confirm zone created via pdsutil list-zone command.

Domain > add/delete Select Domain not available in dropdown menu

Alternate Steps Create Nameserver docs says domain gets created if not already added pdsutil confirms domain added delect domain still not avaiable in dropdown menu

Tried with multiple domains.
