Doesn't seem to work with latest Bedrock?

When trying to open my bedrock dedicated server file I don't get any errors but the file seems "empty" for unbted, is there any command line flags I could try? I tried the endian-ness flags to no avail. The tool at https://offroaders123.github.io/Dovetail/ works for my file but I am managing my server via the shell so a command line tool like this would be much appreciated!
