README should not recommend starting opensm (IB subnet manager)

At a minimum, your instructions should warn users that, unless they have their own dedicated fabric that has never been set up, they should not enable and start opensm. A user attempting to use memliner on our cluster caused issues on our IB fabric by following this guidance.
