Missing documentation for post-processing in singularity

Describe the bug Missing documentation for post-processing while using singularity container.

Additional context I don't seem to find any scripts associated for post-processing in "tools/singularity/" and any documentation on how to do that.

We don't have have docs for pre- or post-process but it would be a good addition in the future if there is enough demand for it. Have not tried but the post scripts gather_outputs.sh and append_outputs.sh should work--nco is installed.

@dmey thanks for the reply!, I was running u-DALES in singularity on a hpc, so I was wondering if there was easier way to post process without having to install/load necessary modules.
