Some diacritic characters are missing

Check all characters from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diacritic - some of them are missing, for example Ǟǟ

@MattiSG the issue is still open because I'm planning to add some more diacritics that can be found in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diacritic
