Needs explanation of some options

A few things need to be explained to the user, like what the clean and optimize DNA options do.

Clean try to remove triangles that are invisible or don't contribute much, and optimize tries to improve the fitness by swapping or removing triangles. Optimize isn't very effective since the normal algorithm already tries to do optimize things, but clean can be useful.
