I am thinking of changing around lnav's guts to work on full messages instead of individual lines.

This issue is created to make the above intent visible and searchable and to give a way to track eventual progress. There have been a number of issues requesting multi-line related features: #410, #483, #689, #788

Has there been any progress on this?

Also wondering, I'm about to write a custom log parser format file and I know I have multi-line msgs I'd like to collate / filter-out
