This is what our current logo looks like. Very very basic stock image logo of a pear. We need a better one!

I think we should just create a notification or (error) popup if PearAI notices you have pylance installed. I think just "blocking" specific apps from the marketplace isn't the move.

I think we can even keep it installable from marketplace? Since it won't make a difference, cause user already has it installed.

That way user is not confused about existence of the extension in marketplace, but functionality wise it's there.

When it is installed, it no longer works @Fryingpannn
