Example for Search Address

I'm trying to search an address to return the property information. Can anyone help me find an example or offer some help in solving this for me? I'm currently getting an error when submitting the basic example.

Most likely the data is not structured in the RETS server to allow searching by address. Normally you'd download the RETS data to your own database and if you have geo-data with the listing you can then search by location, address and distance from a point.
