MSDP support [RFC3618]

Please implement protocol support MSDP as is currently implemented in FRRouting.

We're a very small project, maintained mostly by me. As such we rely on help and interest from other developers with similar needs to pool the work. I've changed the title slightly and added the 'help-wanted' tag.

If I may ask, since FRR already has MSDP support, why not use FRR? What makes pimd and appealing choice for you?

With frr exist problem, if fompile from gcc 10.2.0 and glibc.

Hmm, gcc 10 and glibc are like the top-tier targets for FRR. I'd suggest you report the details of your problem there first, it's much higher chance of getting anywhere. They have lots of (paid) developers. In contrast, this little project only has me on my spare time.
