Exordium Turns the Screen Black If Distortion Effects Is Set to OFF or 99% in Accessibility Settings

If you go to Settings -> Accessibility Settings -> Set "Distortion Effects to either OFF or 99% and then give yourself the Nausea effect, your screen will go black. I tried this without any other mods and it still happened.
