"Fill taskbar when maximised" Bugs on Multi-Monitor

if you are a user of several monitors like me and you want the feature "Fill taskbar when maximised", you should give up altogether because it does not work well at all and is really annoying! Taskbar becomes ridiculous on other monitors, and also when we minimize the program, Taskbar remains in its previous (filled) state and does not change.

Are these issues related to #116 in any way or is this something different?
