New widgets button & secondary taskbar clock cut off in dynamic mode

Before: Image of Windows 11 Widgets button in left of taskbar

After: Image of Windows 11 taskbar with RoundedTB in Dynamic Mode where the Widgets button is no longer visible

There's no reasonable way of getting the size of this button, and Microsoft keep removing it randomly, which makes it difficult to detect and implement; I certainly will be adding support for it, but I'll probably wait for the feature to be slightly more finalised.

The clock on secondary taskbars is similar, but I can actually get the size for that so it's not as much of a concern. However, that's also far from finished:

FYI this now affects the latest Retail build (22000.527), provided users take the optional cumulative update.

This will most likely affect all Windowss 11 users on March 8th 2022.

I hope we can soon see the widget/ weather details on the dynamic mode as well!

It will make it a clean look hopefully! Fingers crossed!
