Suggestion: Support for Lua ligature `~=`

In Lua, ~= represents inequality, contrary to most languages who would use !=. Fira Code's ligatures converts this to ≃, and while this is fine on its own, I would appreciate if there was an option or a variant that could turn it off or turn it into ≠. Thanks

Any plans to bring it back as stylistic set? If I'm not mistaken it's currently not in. Just liked to voice myself since I would appreciate it.
