The script assumes EFI/CLOVER/config-backup.plist is ok to delete ... not ok if user (i.e. me) happens to have EFI/CLOVER/config-backup.plist already ...

The file is created by the script and replaced by the script. Back up config.plist with the Finder/Duplicate command. Script does not touch that file.
