Formalize Grammar

At what point do we want to start formalizing a grammar for dx?

Should we just start now and iterate on it until we reach 1.0?

What should we use for it? Markdown? Ecmarkup?

Ecmarkup looks great. There's enough consensus on enough parts of the spec to start drafting imho, will start soon.
