Allow translation of special keys inside < >

As was discussed in https://github.com/tldr-pages/tldr/pull/15798#discussion_r1979489908 it would be better if tldr linter allowed translating keypressed marked with < and > instead of adding unnecessary placeholders in the pages.

I do not however know if any of the special keys have any translations.
