@holgerd77 looks like I need to address the Travis CI build still. Will try to do this evening.
@jamesray1 so the db should store collation roots (defined in [src/collation/header.rs](https://github.com/Drops-of-Diamond/diamond_drops/pull/14/files#diff-bc2c8912b54da35bac26c1d15fcb750dR1) and [src/collation/collation.rs](https://github.com/Drops-of-Diamond/diamond_drops/pull/14/files#diff-67e2717b79dec073beeadafe4c06edfdR1)) for just up to 100 separate shard collation roots?
And implemented with a sparse binary merkle tree data structure, yea?
Yeah, me pretty please!
Sounds good @jamesray1 . FYI, I was just pulling/merging in your latest changes from your develop branch. Very big! ``` [~/Desktop/diamond_drops]$git pull upstream develop ........ [~/Desktop/diamond_drops]$git push Counting objects: 1072,...
I have this one: ``` # Generated by Cargo # will have compiled files and executables /target/ /cli/target/ /env/target/ /node/target/ # These are backup files generated by rustfmt **/*.rs.bk #...
I have heard of protobuf, seems legit. Will look into more. I read rust/cargo also has a good profiler tool that can analyze memory usage.
Calling dibs on this!
