This only happens for jobs building from GitLab merge requests. Other build jobs are fine. I'm using Jenkins 1.567 and GitLab Merge Request Builder 1.2.2.
I should add that the job also does not build new merge requests.
The issue continues after upgrading from GitLab 6.7.5 to GitLab 6.9.2.
I get exactly the same error, using GitLab Merge Request Builder 1.2.2, Jenkins 1.569 and gitlab.com.
Same here, 1.2.2, Jenkins 1.569 and gitlab.com.
Same porblem with GitLab 6.9.2.
I thinking this problem with redirect processing, if you have redirect on gitlab host (for example from http to https), you need specify settings url to gitlab without redirects (directly https for example).
because gitlab library don't understand redirect and trying parse html by json parser.
@dieu Yup, that does appear to be the issue. We had configured the GitLab repo in Jenkins using http rather than https. Configurations were saved correctly - now I just need to see if it actually builds.
@hawkw We checking and it's works for us. But we had other issues with access Jenkins Bot user for fork repo. I had to give admin rights to it :(
@dieu Yeah, I believe that's also a known issue - see #66 and #61. @timols says that it was fixed in 1.2.2.
Hi, same thing here on GitLab 7.14.2 Jenkins 1.624. @dieu I see you manage to work around this issue but I'm not quite sure which is the url I'm suppose to use. I've tried ssh://, http:// and https:// without any luck.
