Feature: Provide a keyboard short-cut for sync of current file

Sometimes only a small change is required of a single file before it needs to be uploaded to the web server. Provide a keyboard short-cut that will sync only the currently open file.

If we go for CTRL+SHIFT+R (WIN) for Full Sync, could we go for CTRL+ALT+R for the single file sync?

Is there a simliar key pair on Mac (shift/alt) ? I don't remember last time I worked with a Mac.
