[Suggestion] Compat Flag for Instrument Switching w/o New Note (Fami Behavior)

Currently, Furnace has something akin to Defle, where if you do something like:
The 69 instrument just gets completely ignored as there is no new note there. This is a behavior coming from Defle. FamiTracker handles this differently, and IMO, the much better way.
Fami:
What Fami does here is it switches instruments without retriggering the note at all, this helps with FM with multi patch works, being used, akin to the patch macro that the OPLL has in Furnace. I believe this should be supported as default, while Defle method is a compat flag.
