Mikey Samples don't play in VGM export

VGM export for Mikey doesn't include samples - or the samples are silent.

I confirmed that Mikey DAC playback is in the specs for vgm. I tested QIX title song vgm, made with Felix.

In about two weeks I will have a lynx and a flash cart - and can test on hardware if needed. That said, I I'm unsure if VGM2LNX has accurate conversion of samples.

The other instruments play fine. It is just samples that do not play. Plus you can't export mikey if you don't select the newest vgm format.

Not a bug - just lack of implementation. Still an issue.

Maybe freq-mod put it on accident for something.
