Add Reload App List button

When the new application is installed, it does not appear in the applications list. It is necessary to exit the Kernelsu application and enter it again. It would be good to put a button to refresh the application list.

I see swipe down to refresh is available. Isn't it enough?

Swipe to Refresh is impossible to use on a mouse though

the whole Superuser UI is impossible to swipe up or down using mouse, you can only be able to scroll it using the scrollwheel which is pretty annoying

My recommendation here is to make mouse scrolling smooth and be able to swipe like touch, so we can take advantage of swipe to reload. Also there will be cases that people have broken wheel, and the app doesn't even have a scrollbar.
