One question - setting the temp in auto will change the mode to quick veto as your wrote in your description. How can I change to "Manual" Mode? - its seems my climate entity doesn't offer this mode?

In version 1.16.x there is no way to set manual mode through the integration. But it should be possible using the next beta: https://github.com/thomasgermain/vaillant-component/releases/tag/1.17.0b0
