I see that insights-manager v1 should schedule itself automatically according to the documentation (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_insights/1-latest/html/client_configuration_guide_for_red_hat_insights/assembly-client-changing-schedule#proc-enabling-client-schedule-rhel73_insights-cg-changing-schedule). About v3, we can enable the schedule with insights-client --enable-schedule command.

As far as I know insights-client --register already handles the scheduling of insights-client. So we don't need to do it manually.
