[BUG] Duplicate short link with extension

Sometimes ( and I don't know when! ), extensions create duplicate short links; please see the screen record:

Ty, I think this issue is on server side, I couldn't figure out it.

I've got the same issue. Every time I create a new URL using the browser extension, the link is created twice on the server.
