Allow Obsidian links in transaction reference

To make the most of being in Obsidian it would be ace if transaction references could contain normal Obsidian links. It would also be ace if Obsidian notes could link to accounts and transactions.

It's hard to think of how to do this without breaking the ledger-cli standard, perhaps with the possibility of putting this in the Memo, but would Obsidian include it in the vault references?
