Thanks for moving it to the right location. Is the location service on your phone enabled? In Android settings->Location. Try termux-location -p network. Also, how long have you been waiting? It can take a minute or two, especially for -p gps default.

Now it works with Thema GPS but i did not change anything... and now network does not work it looks like $ termux-location -p network $ No error or something else.

Experience the same behavior on Android 11 ( OxygenOS ) - I wonder if it has anything to do with the new app permission mechanism introduced recently.

So far the only permissions required by termux are storage / files. I guess that GPS shall be added as well?

Surprised not more people are here to bump/vote up on this issue. termux-location just doesn't seem to work on Android 11 and some phones with version 10 it seems or is there something I'm missing ?

I'm also on Android 11. termux-location -p network -r once works, but termux-location -p gps -r once just exit without an output after a period of time. I have set the Permission for Location in Android so it should work, but for some reason it doesn't. An error message would be nice.
