Filtered virtual Grid truncates records

This is a regression since v2022.1.412.

Reproduction of the problem

There are steps for reproduction in the ticket.

Current behavior

The grid does not show all valid records when a filter is applied.

Expected/desired behavior

The grid should show all valid records regardless if there's a filter or not.

  • Kendo UI version: 2022.2.802
  • jQuery version: 1.12.3
