How updated protractor dependency to 4

I have errors in firefox 48, but changed protractor dependency to 4 is all OK.. When updated protrator to 4 version?

We should updated asap, as Chrome 54 is no longer compatible with grunt-protractor-runner

Also, webdriver-manager is no longer included as a package in newer versions of protractor so updates will have to be made to protractor_runner.js to point to a standalone webdriver-manager package
