Cu mixd io / typo fixes
This PR create an internal-use function to write a big endian file. It doesn't need to be part of API, just useful if you have extra arrays to export, e.g., mprd.
Also, typo fixes

Walkthrough
The updates fix a typo in the ShowOption class's __repr__ method and refactor the gustaf/io/mixd.py module by introducing constants for big-endian dtype strings, adding helper functions to flatten and write arrays, and improving binary export code clarity without changing core logic.
Changes
| Files/Modules | Change Summary |
|---|---|
gustaf/helpers/options.py |
Fixed typo in __repr__ method: iterates over _valid_options instead of _valid_option. |
gustaf/io/mixd.py |
Added big-endian dtype constants, helper functions _ravel, _write_raveled_int, _write_raveled_double; refactored export logic to use these helpers and improved code clarity. |
Poem
🐇
A typo fixed, a loop set right,
Big-endian bytes now shine so bright.
Arrays unravel, helpers write,
Mesh data flows with pure delight.
In code we hop, and code we cheer,
With every change, the path is clear!
