Add New Author (or Book) URL is incorrect

I might see if I can circle back and see what is wrong but everything works just fine it is just that the URL is a bit off:

When I click the "new" icon here is the url in Chrome:

http://localhost:3001/examples/author//examples/author/add

I am on Windows 8.1, Chrome 48

BTW - Love this boilerplate example!!!

So there is extra / although I didn't get that error in any browsers that I tried... But if that is problem please make a PR to remove that extra /
