Olauncher crashes when renaming apps with the same name

Hi Tanuj,

Thanks for making the wonderful app!

I noticed an issue with renaming with different apps with the same name, one is Microsoft Authenticator and the other is Salesforce Authenticator. Both the apps are on the same work profile.

When I click on rename, Oluancher crashes and is no longer the default launcher on the app.
