Cant add plugin to new ionic 4 project

@taivo Trying to add this to a project Im working on but it literally just hangs ?

Does this plugin still work ? does it work with the latest iOS or is it dead ?

not install in cordova 9. Failed to install 'parse-push-plugin': CordovaError: Using "requireCordovaModule" to load non-cordova module "path" is not supported. Instead, add this module to your dependencies and use regular "require" to load it.
