"Network error." instead of successful posting of results

I'm running 1.9.1 on a Samsung SM-G970U running Android 10 QP1A.190711.020.

Whether using wi-fi or cellular, instead of uploading the results I get the "Network error." response every time.

I can successfully ping the domain in the background on Termux while the latency test is running but cannot ascertain why the app isn't successfully executing the http GET task.

I have not denied any permissions to the app.
