[Important] Version 6.0.0 will be SPM-only.

Hey everyone. I know there are lots of people that still rely on Carthage / CocoaPods, but given how much time I have I cannot possibly maintain all these package managers and so the version 6 of SwiftyUserDefaults will be SPM-only. This will be probably around WWDC time, but I don't have any specific time in mind yet.

(Btw, I will gladly link to your fork in Readme if you'd like to continue support of CocoaPods/Carthage on your own spare time).
