Failing to join call with "defective webcam"

How to reproduce:

  1. Have NO webcam connected
  2. Install dxtory

Try to connect to a call, and spreed will ask for precession in the browser. Give it access, but you will get a error message saying it was get access to microphone and camera.

Hopefully its posible to have working audio when webcam is failing.

Tested in: Firefox,Opera ( Edge nothing works)
