Added actionOpenClosed for contactSensors (simulated)

Allow open/close to be conditionally invoked on simulated contact sensors. Contact sensors do not have open/close command. Simulated contact sensor with no actionable tile would be one way to update a SmartThings contact sensor through MQTT.
