Use Swift out of the Box on Ubuntu, CentOS(RHEL) and Amazon Linux
Swiftbox should be able to run without `sudoer` permission. This was an oversight for design, and needs to be fixed.

Swift.org refers that as UBI9, but most users should be using RHEL 9 or other compatible distributions.
I'm running Pop OS, which is based off of Ubuntu. Would you accept a PR adding support for it?
- KDE Neon is considered a replacement of Kubuntu with a stabler desktop experience. closing #15.
KDE Neon is actually Ubuntu with more stable KDE desktop experience.
