TRV TS0601 has wrong battery state support

Issue description TRV TS0601 support only 2 states of battery. It means "battery low" can be only true or false. At this moment this feature is not supported properly

According to https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/TS0601_thermostat.html

quotation: "Battery_low (binary) Indicates if the battery of this device is almost empty. Value can be found in the published state on the battery_low property. It's not possible to read (/get) or write (/set) this value. If value equals true battery_low is ON, if false OFF."
